Natalia, the daughter of Kobe Bryant, bears a striking resemblance to her father.
During her interview with Elle, Natalia, a 20-year-old student at USC and a model, talked about keeping her father’s “mamba mentality” legacy alive. According to her, it means striving to be the best possible version of oneself and always putting one’s best foot forward, despite any distractions or obstacles.
She emphasized the importance of preserving that mindset as it’s effortless to lose faith in oneself during challenging situations. Continuously reminding yourself that you possess a positive attitude and resilience will enable you to believe that you can overcome any obstacle.
During her interview with Elle, Bryant chatted about her recent gig as the ambassador of UGG’s latest campaign, “Feels Like UGG”. Additionally, she shared some insightful tips on how she navigates through challenging times by honing in on the things that generate joy in her life. “I make sure to be around my loved ones, particularly my family,” remarked Natalia. She also mentioned unwinding by either listening to music or hanging out with friends. When it comes to calming her mind and finding a happier place, engaging in these activities is essential. According to her, it’s vital to maintain a positive outlook and focus on the good things in life.
Natalia’s father, Kobe, and younger sister, Gianna, were among the eight individuals who passed away in a helicopter accident in January 2020. Since then, Natalia and her family have been dedicating various things such as sculptures, basketball courts, handprint ceremonies, and recently, Natalia threw out the first pitch at a Los Angeles Dodgers game to honor her father and sister. She wore a Dodgers jersey featuring her father’s Lakers number (No. 8) and a pair of Kobe Nike sneakers. Her mother and sisters also participated in the event, and the Bryants received $100,000 from the Dodgers for the Kobe and Gianna Bryant Mamba & Mambacita Sports Foundation. After making her debut at the Versace Spring/Summer 2024 show, Natalia has been working hard to launch her modeling career. In an interview with Vogue, Natalia expressed her gratitude towards Donatella Versace for inviting her to be a part of something extraordinary and how it was her first runway appearance.
